We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Below we explain which data we collect and why.

Hosting
This website is hosted with Netlify, Inc., 44 Montgomery Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA. On access, server log files are processed (IP address, time, page requested, browser type). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. A data processing agreement is in place.
Contact form
We use your details solely to answer your enquiry and delete them once the matter is closed and no retention obligations apply.
Waitlist & product notifications
If you sign up for the waitlist or a product notification on our website, we process the email address you provide in order to inform you, once, when our collection becomes available. The legal basis is your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Submission is processed via Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc., USA). You can withdraw your consent and have your stored email address deleted at any time, with effect for the future, informally by emailing hallo@tamarleben.de.
Cookies & local storage
We use strictly necessary storage (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, § 25(2) TDDDG) and, only with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies. You choose in the banner on first visit or any time after via cookie settings, where each category is explained individually. Rejecting or withdrawing analytics or marketing consent deletes the related cookies from your browser immediately; nothing in either category is ever set before you actively agree.

Google Tag Manager & Analytics
With your consent only, we load Google Tag Manager, a tool from Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) that manages the Google Analytics (GA4) tag on this site. Google Tag Manager itself does not set cookies or collect personal data, because it loads GA4, which does. GA4 processes your IP address (not stored in full), pages visited, referrer, device and browser information, and approximate location, to help us understand how the site is used. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Nothing loads until you accept analytics cookies, and you can withdraw consent at any time via cookie settings. Data Google Analytics has already collected is deleted automatically after 2 months; that window resets whenever a returning visitor generates a new event, so it only fully expires for visitors who don't come back.
Meta Pixel
With your consent only, we load Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland) that measures page views to help us understand advertising performance on Facebook and Instagram. We currently use it for page-view measurement only — no Advanced Matching (no name, email or phone number is sent to Meta) and no purchase or conversion tracking, since this site has no on-site checkout. Meta Pixel processes your IP address, browser and device information, and the pages you visit; if you arrived via a Meta ad, it also records that fact. Data may be transferred to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Nothing loads until you accept marketing cookies, and you can withdraw consent at any time via cookie settings. Meta acts as an independent controller for its own processing of this data; see Meta's own privacy policy for how it further uses it.
Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR), as well as the right to withdraw a given consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
